About the Role:
We are hiring a Cloud Support Engineer to assist clients with their cloud environments, ensuring smooth operations and quick resolution of issues.
Responsibilities:
- Provide L1/L2 support for cloud services and applications.
- Monitor system health, perform troubleshooting, and resolve incidents.
- Assist in migrations, backups, and disaster recovery processes.
- Document processes and maintain support knowledge base.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in cloud support or system administration.
- Familiarity with AWS/Azure/GCP platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in flexible shifts if needed.
